So Mr. Unity is playing the race card all over the place. The insinuation is that anyone who doesn't vote for him, especially a Democrat who won't vote for him, is a racist. That's the only thing anyone could possibly have against him?? That he's half black? MY biggest problem with Obama is not his color but his obvious naivite', his appalling lack of wisdom on every issue, his lack of any meaningful experience at ANYTHING productive ("community organizing" does not strike me as an actual JOB), his far left ideology, his witchy, racist wife, his Muslim roots, his disloyalty to his "typical white" grandmother, his inability to string three words together and make a coherent sentence unless he is reading verbatim from a teleprompter...is that enough? I could go on. I think I will.
But he thinks the Democrats who won't vote for him are racists. I come from a family where one side is all Democrat, all the time. Big Kerry supporters, much to my dismay. They are voting for John McCain, to a person.
They are smart enough to look at Obama and see--a very scary guy with a Messiah complex and a bunch of mindless ninnies falling all over him as if he were, indeed, their Messiah. Good going Family!
Here's my list, B. Hussein, of all the black people I would vote for TODAY over John McCain: Michael Steele, Shelby Steele, Clarence Thomas, Thomas Sowell, Walter Williams, J.C. Watts, and Ward Connerly. I could probably come up with a few more. My contempt for you, B., is based on your character (or lack thereof), your terrorist and anti-American buddies, your anti-American wife, your flip-flopping and lying about so many issues, your latest HUGE gaffe yesterday--telling Americans we better make sure our kids are learning Spanish--your laundry list of the weapons and defense systems of ours that you want to dismantle (in other words, your refusal to protect us), your tired old Marxist philosophy (NOTHING NEW HERE), your disgusting, whole-hearted support of infanticide in the guise of a "woman's right to choose," (though there is NEVER a medical need to kill a full term infant to save the life of the "mother"), and oh, so many other reasons.
As for Europeans coming over here knowing "all those languages," that too is a lie. My husband's family lives in Germany. They speak German only (the older ones) and German and English (the younger ones.) They don't speak Italian, French, Dutch, Spanish or any other language. Well, one of them speaks Chinese. That's because she IS Chinese. They are typical. And by the way, B., just like my Chinese niece who speaks Chinese, the reason that German and French and Italian people come over here speaking German, French, and Italian is that they ARE German, French and Italian. Another "duh" moment. A caller to one of the talk shows yesterday made a great point: "according to Obama, we should learn a foreign language so we can go visit another country for a week, but it is perfectly acceptable for people who plan to LIVE here not to learn English." As for his assertion that immigrants will learn English, one wonders then why we are subjected to signs, ballots, instructions, etc. in not only Spanish but numerous other languages. The Balkanization of the United States is a disaster.
Perhaps Mr. Obama is unaware that most American kids do take foreign languages in high school and college. The are required. However, once they are out of school, they don't usually have much occasion to use those foreign languages, and thus tend to become rusty rather quickly. So what? The world, Mr. Obama, speaks English, because it is the international language, especially of business. America is an English speaking country, and anyone who makes his or her home here should be fluent in it. A common language is one of the most important ways to unite a country. Perhaps Mr. O. is unaware of the mess in Canada as a result of bilingualism. I have a feeling Mr. O. is unaware of an awful, awful lot of things about the world.
But let him be aware of this: as a candidate for President of the best country on earth, he is a disgrace. It is such a shame that the first sort-of black guy to be nominated is a dope. It has set race relations back considerably, I would wager. Our only hope of redemption from this potentially disastrous misstep by the Democrat party is to make sure Obama loses the election in November, and loses BIG. If he keeps yapping, even the most ardent, swooning supporters might catch a glimmer of his big old clay feet and run, not walk, to McCain.
We Christians believe that when the Messiah comes, the lion will lie down with the lamb. Right now, with Iran poised to destroy Israel, the Muslim clerics preaching hatred and death to the entire Western world, violent genocide competing with deliberate starvation threatening various populations--seems like a good time to BEEF UP the weapons--and yes, even weaponize space!--instead of living in denial and worshipping maybe the most false "god" the world has ever seen: Barack Hussein Obama.
